AAA keeps sending me collection letters and I do not owe them. Who do I complain to in the Insurance world?

I cancelled my insurance before it was due and AAA took the money out of my checking anyway but I complained and AAA sent me a check back and now I keep getting collection letters from them. I’ve sent a personal response to the Group Manager with no response from him. Who do I complain to besides the BBB?

    Go to the AAA office in person. Don’t leave till you get satisfaction. Be polite but not friendly.
